Abstract:
Provided is a 3D printing sintering device, which comprises a shell (1) and a sliding door (2), the shell (1) is provided with a sintering furnace (3), an electrical unit (4), a forced cooling unit (5), a vacuum unit (6) and a cooling water unit (7), wherein the sintering furnace (3) comprises a furnace body (301) and a furnace door (302), an electromagnetic lock is arranged between the furnace body (301) and the furnace door (302), the electrical unit (4) comprises a DC power supply (10), the cooling water unit (7) can cool the electrical unit (4) and the sintering furnace (3), the electrical unit (4) is connected to a heating body (8), and the heating body (8) can heat a sealing box (9), the sealing box (9) has a box door, the box door is arranged directly opposite to the furnace door (302), the furnace door (302) is connected with the sliding door (2), and the sealing box (9) is connected with a dewaxing pipeline (11). The 3D printing sintering device is compact in structure and small in occupied area, the vacuum unit (6) can vacuumize the inner cavity of the sintering furnace (3), meanwhile, a heat preservation structural layer (21), the sealing box (9) and the heating body (8) are arranged in the sintering furnace (3), the heating body (8) can heat the sealing box (9), the heat preservation structural layer (21) can reduce the heat exchange between the sealing box (9) and the external environment, and the 3D printing sintering device can be widely applied to institutions such as laboratories, research and development departments and the like.
