Abstract:
A 3D printing system and method for improving the interlayer connection strength by using irradiation heating. An infrared lamp tube (3) is of an annular structure and is sleeved on a printer nozzle (5) by means of a fixing device (2), a semi-crystalline polymer material for printing realizes preheating by passing through the center of the infrared lamp tube (3), and a printed layer (4) and an unprinted layer (6) arranged on a substrate (7) below the printer nozzle (5) realize secondary heating by means of the infrared lamp tube (3). The 3D printing system effectively improves the connection strength between layers; in addition, the heat preservation effect is realized for a period of time, and the interlayer connection can be effectively improved on the basis of previous preheating.
