Abstract:

Disclosed is a 5 peptide related to an integrin receptor αvβ3, and having a sequence of arginine-tryptophan-arginine-asparagine-methionine. The 5 peptide can target tumor cells having a high expression of αvβ3, while not targeting tumor cells having a low expression of αvβ3 and normal cells, and consequently, the 5 peptide can be used in a cancer diagnosis and treatment.
