Title:
6-POSITION SUBSTITUTED DIHYDROBENZO[E][1,2,3]OXATHIAZINE 2,2-DIOXIDE COMPOUND, PREPARATION THEREFOR, AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/016826
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of organic synthetic medicines, and in particular, to a 6-position substituted 3,4-dihydrobenzo[e][1,2,3]oxathiazine 2,2-dioxide compound, having a general formula as follows: (I). The 6-position substituted 3,4-dihydrobenzo[e][1,2,3]oxathiazine 2,2-dioxide compound can be used as a positive allosteric modulator of an AMPA receptor, and it is confirmed that the compound can positively regulate the AMPA receptor, such that the conformation of an agonist (such as endogenous neurotransmitter glutamic acid) after binding to the receptor is more stable, thereby reducing the inactivation rate of the receptor, inhibiting the desensitization of the receptor, and enhancing the function of the AMPA receptor.
