Abstract:
A 6060A-T5 material for a blade battery profile and a processing process therefor, the formulation comprising: silicon, iron, copper, manganese, chromium, zinc, titanium, magnesium, zirconium, and the balance of aluminium, the mass percentage of each component respectively being: 0.3-0.6% of silicon, 0.1-0.3% of iron, 0.08-0.12% of copper, 0.08-0.12% of manganese, 0.03-0.05% of chromium, 0.14-0.16% of zinc, 0.09-0.11% of titanium, 0.03-0.05% of magnesium, 0.01-0.02% of zirconium, and the balance of aluminium, the sum of the mass percentages of the components being 100%; the profile is produced by means of a hot extrusion method, changing the traditional process of preparing a profile and thereby reducing the steps of performing fine extraction and cleaning on the profile in the preparation process, preventing tearing and breaking of the profile whilst reducing production costs and increasing work efficiency; in addition, in the process of heat treatment of the profile, the hardness and strength of the profile can be adjusted by adjusting the cooling rate, so that the needs of different customers are easily met, expanding the range of application of the apparatus.
