Abstract:

The present invention relates to a 960 MPa grade ultrahigh-strength steel plate with marine fouling resistance, which steel plate is characterized by comprising the following chemical components in percentages by weight: 0.03-0.12% of C, 0.05-0.20% of Si, 0.50-2.00% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015% of P, less than or equal to 0.005% of S, 1.60-3.00% of Cu, 0.10-1.00% of Cr, 2.0-6.0% of Ni, 0.10-1.00% of Mo, less than or equal to 0.10% of Nb, less than or equal to 0.10% of V, less than or equal to 0.02% of Ti, and less than or equal to 0.04% of Al, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurity elements. In the present invention, Sb and Sn are not used, boron is not added, combined precipitation strengthening of Cu and V on a martensite matrix is used, and Cu-rich clusters are used, thereby achieving better biofouling resistance, such that the material selection requirements of steel for key parts of ships or ocean engineering structures are met. Secondary heating is not required after rolling, and a direct quenching process is used for production, such that energy is saved on and the production efficiency is improved.
