Abstract:
A high-temperature-resistant silicon-boron-nitrogen rubber and a preparation method therefor. Nano titanium dioxide is treated by using a supercritical method, many polar functional groups are formed on the surface of the nano titanium dioxide, and these functional groups can promote titanium dioxide and rubber to directly form polar bonds; the treated nano titanium dioxide is added into the silicon-boron-nitrogen mixed rubber, and the effects of the strength and heat resistance of the silicon-boron-nitrogen rubber after this addition is tested. The test shows that the prepared ablation-resistant silicon-boron-nitrogen rubber has more excellent tensile strength and temperature resistance. The nano titanium dioxide is treated by means of the supercritical method, and then is added to vinyl borosilazane to prepare the silicon-boron-nitrogen rubber, so that the strength and the heat resistance of the silicon-boron-nitrogen mixed rubber are remarkably improved.
