An abnormality system including: a processing unit (71) for acquiring operation data regarding an air conditioner (11) to determine occurrence of an abnormality in the air conditioner (11) and occurrence of a predictor of an abnormality; a storage unit (72) for storing abnormality information including the details of the abnormality and information related to an occurrence time of the abnormality, and predictor information including the details of the predictor and information related to an occurrence time of the predictor; and an output unit (74) for outputting the abnormality information and the predictor information stored in the storage unit (72).
