Abstract:
The present invention improves the accuracy of identifying communication abnormalities in a communication system. The abnormality identification device comprises a control unit that observes communication performed by a plurality of equipment, wherein the control unit acquires communication frequency information representing the communication frequency for each piece of equipment, and estimates the location of the cause of the communication abnormality in the facility equipment according to the pattern of the communication frequency.
