Abstract:
The present invention relates to an absorbance spectroscopic device comprising: a base plate which has a first surface so as to allow a sample to be received thereon; a rotating plate which has a second surface corresponding to the first surface and spaced a predetermined distance apart from the first surface; a test light irradiator connected to the first surface through a first light guide so as to allow the sample received in the light path between the first and second surfaces to be irradiated with test light; a spectrometer connected to the second surface through a second light guide so as to allow the spectroscopic characteristics of the sample to be analyzed through analysis of characteristic light penetrating the sample received in the light path; and a state determination device formed around the light path so as to allow a determination to be made as to whether the sample received between the first and second surfaces is in the state where the optical characteristics thereof can be analyzed.
