Provided are an absorbent article, an absorbent article individual packaging, an individual packaging assembly, and an individual packaging package that do not provide a wearer with a feeling of anxiety regarding absorbency, and do not allow dislocation of an absorbent body to stand out. An absorbent body (420) of an absorbent article (410) has first and second edges (420c, 420d) that extend in a first direction (Y) and are see-through from front and back surface sides. The first edge (420c) of the absorbent body (420) is located in a first edge section (417) of the absorbent article, and the second edge (420d) of the absorbent body (420) is located in a second edge section (418) of the same, and on an outer surface of a back surface sheet (412), among the first and second edge sections (417, 418), a decorative area (440) extending in the first direction (Y) is positioned only in the first edge section (417). In the first edge section (417), the decorative area (440) and the first edge (420c) of the absorbent body (420) overlap one another in planar view.
