Abstract:
Provided is an absorbent article capable of providing the user with a sense of security. The absorbent article (1) is equipped with non-woven fabrics (3, 4). The non-woven fabrics (3, 4) contain organic cotton fibers (10). The organic cotton fibers (10) form a plurality of fiber lumps (11) inside the non-woven fabrics (3, 4). The fiber lumps (11) are visible from the outside. The light transmittance in the sections of the non-woven fabrics (3, 4) where the fiber lumps (11) are present is lower than the light transmittance in the sections of the non-woven fabrics (3, 4) where the fiber lumps (11) are absent.
