Abstract:
An absorbent article (1) is equipped with an absorber (10). The absorber (10) has a central deformation induction part (21S). The absorber (10) has a pair of deformation induction regions (60). In each of the deformation induction regions (60), end regions (60et) located on the end side in the width direction of the absorber (10) within the deformation induction region (60) are located longitudinally inward of central regions (60ct) arranged on the central side in the width direction. The deformation induction region (60) has elastic members (55, 57) that do not overlap the longitudinal center line of the absorbent article (1), that are provided at both ends in the width direction and in the longitudinal central portion of the absorbent article (1), and that stretch and contract longitudinally.
