Abstract:
Provided is an absorptive pad for an immunochromatographic diagnosis kit. The absorptive pad demonstrates excellent reproducibility of test results and is configured not to cause a backward flow. The present invention relates to an absorptive pad for an immunochromatographic diagnosis kit. The absorptive pad includes carboxymethylated cellulose fibers and is characterized in that the average degree of substitution of hydroxyl group in a glucose unit constituting the carboxymethylated cellulose fibers is 0.05-1.5, The present invention also relates to an immunochromatographic diagnosis kit including said absorptive pad.
