Description:
1. ABSTRACKT

1.2. The present invention relates to a roll sheet saving container, is a roll sheet, and a body, specially this invention is for making the roll cutting of roll sheet on the dishes and things from one engine and also sucking the air between the roll sheet and special dishes which has designed, use a vacuum engine that is placed.

2. Foreground art

The roll sheet keeper is for saving the formed roll through the roll sheet of packing roll like nutriment, aluminum foil, a cooking foil, a roll for pressing/making plate or similar items (is called "roll sheet" from now on.

3. Sheet roll dishes need a saw blade or a pressuring blade piece and due to the firmness of roll sheet and also the saving dishes of roll sheet, the roll is disposable and basically was made of cardboard and it is used a saw blade, except their being dangerous, they need much pressure for cutting the roll and most of time, the roll is cut roughly and it needs two users to control the roll saving sheet of roll sheet and the item or the dish that roll sheet (it needs a 3 or 4-hands operation) and in the machine of sheet roll, the fixed roll which should be heavy or fixed on the table or wall to cut the roll sheet (pressuring blade) easily, that's why the user should approach the device or dishes of nutriment and ... across the machines to use the roll sheet, due to this, much time and tolerating excessive weight of item and dishes to be carried by the user that need roll sheet which ultimately in both cases of saving dishes of roll sheet, at least two hands of a user is needed to pull the roll sheet.

4. On the other hand, because of roll cutting problems of roll sheet and their usage method of the samples and models of roll saving dish of roll sheet cause that not to use the nature and golden conditions for better usage and make purpose the roll sheet like cellophane or roll sheet of nutriment packing and also the dishes for considered better usage of user. As an example in this invention, one goal is to reach to use cellophane of nutriment instead of washing dirty dishes, it is noteworthy to mention that each family or person eat 2 or 3 meals and for cleaning and washing the dishes, they need fresh water or city drinkable water and this is included in necessary costs for the health of family and society and in this course, every person or family uses 4-20 liters of water every day that this amount of fresh water is multiple coefficient for restaurants and public places so briefly the population of people on the earth is about 8 billion and also to get fresh water except the high costs for changing salt water to fresh water or returning the fresh water from drainage, it needs high costs and also from atmospheric perspective the warming condition of the earth is very dangerous for the whole existence of the earth.

5. According to this, nowadays the techniques of roll sheet cutting through using blade or similar items to make purpose of cutting roll sheet for other purposes like better goals are suggested.

6. Although using several and advanced techniques in this industry, the following problems still exist. First, for cutting of roll sheet, cutting or similar cases, it needs to use 2 or 3 hands for controlling the roll sheet and the item and the dish which need the roll sheet and also for cutting the roll sheet with the help of cutting through blade for cross section of roll sheet in the terminal part in the course of width, with hand, it is needed for the users to twist his/her wrist severely (that is a big movement is needed for it). Moreover, in cases that cutting or similar cases is formed in terminal section in the course of width, maybe an unexpected situation like cutting the roll sheet from the terminal part in the course of width in the time of pushing happens.

7. The solution of this invention problem has made with regard to such conditions and its goal is to provide a dish for keeping the roll sheet in a way that can control the safety of dish very well and cutting the roll sheet in the possible shortest time and also designing and having the situations of other special machines besides the roll sheet machine to reach to the greater goals for saving water, energy, other costs and ....

8. In cases that such configuration is used, the machine uses the automatic cutting of roll sheet and the moving power of its cutting provides through an electronic engine.

9. Another goal of this invention is except saving the roll of roll sheet and also the cutting blade complex, it has a vacuum engine for getting better purposes, the machine needs a vacuum engine (suction) and also s module and an electronic source for vacuum engine and cutting engine.

10. Another goal of this invention is to save roll sheet which has the capability of vacuum the air between the sheet and dish for optimizing the sheet, obligatory costs of user specially as better conditions are used, as an example dirty dishes which uses fresh water, electricity, gas, hygienic matters and the time of washing and drying the dishes for user that is important and high value can be replaced by roll sheet (cellophane).

11. Another goal of visualization of this invention is the conditions of saving dish of roll sheet in fixed and moveable to use better and easier of user for better purposes.

12. In cases that such configuration is used, the machine of roll sheet saving makes it possible in a pressuring and clipping manner (fixed leg) and (moveable leg of saving roll sheet container), the moveable situation is for using the saving machine manually (keeping operation and pushing the roll sheet with one hand) and fixed situation for fixing the saving machine of roll sheet in its site situated and pushing the roll sheet by user on the things that need roll sheet.

13. Another purpose of this invention is to have the condition of some saving dish of roll sheet (container) in one place with site fixed situation, for being comfortable and accessible of several roll sheets regarding that each of these film is made and used for a specific purpose.

14. Another goal of this invention is the situation of easy twisting and without friction of roll sheet with regard to the body, when the roll exits the container and also the capability of directing and controlling the roll sheet for an operation of pulling roll sheet on the dishes and the items that need roll sheet.

15. Another purpose of roll sheet cutting is the manual and motor manners that cutting is done with the help of a bilateral blade.

16. Another goal is to have a comfortable twisting situation and without amortization for roll sheet that the sheet exits fast and easily from the machine.

17. Another goal of this invention is to have dishes with special capability of roll vacuum on itself, therefore, it can be possible to cover the surface of the dishes by roll sheet and then vacuum the air between the roll sheet and the dishes and next using the dishes and finally after using cast roll sheet on the dishes surface, removed from the dish surface.

18. Another goal of this invention is sterilizing small dishes such as spoon, fork, knife and ... in these sizes, in cases that the goals of the present invention are in this course, LED or UV lamps in confined place can be used, and put these small dishes in the course of UV emissions. 19. 32. After invention, through pointing to the paintings, they will be explained. The following cases are preferable and their goal doesn’t want to limit the domain of the invention.

The best case for invention 33. Regarding the figure (9), above explanation and figures, a saving roll sheet machine no. 100 are with a tray no. 20 and a UV box no. 220 and a place of dishes and the dishes themselves respectively no. 642 and 644.

34. A special tray which all these complexes and machines placed on this tray that all complexes situated for the specific purpose.

35. Machine 100 is a roll sheet cutting machine and for getting the main goal, other parts and devices are needed and in continuance, the explanation of these devices and parts are given.

The saving roll sheet machine and its devices:

36. Springy lever for exiting the roll sheet from sheet cutting machine.

37. Moveable roller lever for exiting the roll sheet from sheet cutting machine and also spreading the roll sheet on the objects that are capable of receiving the roll sheet.

38. The UV box is for the site and keeping the roll sheet cutting machine and also has the responsibility of receiving small dishes like spoon, fork, scissors, knife and etc. in itself in order to sterilize and make UV the small dishes.

39. Dishes like plate, multi-function plate, pot, pan, glass and etc. that are capable of receiving the roll sheet.

40. The site and place of the dishes in order to vacuum the air between cutting sheet and the surface of the dishes like plate, pot, pan, glass and etc. and also electrical relationship and exchange.

41. As it has shown well in figure (3), the machine is fixed and the user directs the left and right sides of sheet no. 102 with two hands which has cut in width, with pressure on sheet 402 causes that in a width manner, sheet 102 in a width manner directs to outside and then, the user pull the right and left comers of the sheet outside to spread on the objects that are capable of receiving the roll sheet.

42. In other visualization of the present invention, the handle no. 420 with special clips , which has configured under it, can help that the machine no. 100 is used in a moveable way. Therefore, the user holds the machine no. 100 with one hand and with other hand holds the handle no. 420 and with its help, pull out the sheet no.102 from the machine. 43. In this visualization of invention, the handle no. 420 has clips no. 424 which have been devised under the body no. 422 and the user can hold the whole body through the handle no. 426 and also at the end of handle no. 420, a roller no. 428 has been devised that with its help the user can spread the roll sheet no. 102 on the surfaces especially smooth and wide surfaces.

44. Also, the handle no. 1112 has been configured in the upper part of covering no. 700 that gives this possibility to user through pressuring on this handle, the cutting operation of sheet no. 102 performs well.

45. As it is depicted in figure (1), two special clips hold sheet roll no. 118 and 120 has been configured on the covering 106 inside the machine which is able to hold roller no. 612 fixedly and firmly.

46. The sheet roll no. 102 that has an empty core no. 600 and the roll sheet twisted around it and the roll itself exists on the roller no. 612 which gives the sheet roll the capability of turning without amortization.

47. The roller no. 612 has two round ball bearing no. 609 and 607 and also two vertical holes no. 119 and 121 on the roller at the first ending and the second ending of roller no. 612 are placed in order that enter the clips no. 118 and 120 through these holes and makes the roller no. 612 fixed, in this visualization, the holes no. 119 are for clip no. 118 and the holes no. 121 are for clip no. 120.

48. As it can be seen in the pictures well, this invention relates to saving roll sheet that has body 100 which the user can pull specifically from roll of matters 102 sheet roll. The tall body of 100 is made of an upper covering 700 and 104 which joins to a lower covering 106 in a centralized way, this joint is done via a hinge no. 108, all three coverings are made of a suitable thermoplastic substance or in another way through using every known manufacturing method.

49. Upper and lower coverings 106, 104, 700 maybe separate in case of back hinge mechanism 108 from every known ones. Preferable, each covering has a keeping part hinge brad which is made for accepting one or some lengthwise metal hinge brads.

50. Another option is to form parts of upper and lower coverings 104, 700, 106 that during montage in a pressuring way becomes appropriate or stick together or perform as a metal hinge that later works like a metal hinge as they are known in magnetic tape coverings. 51. Upper and lower coverings 700 and 106 are preferably presented with favorite colors and generally have attractive and flat outer surfaces. Furthermore, in order to facilitate in removing slip of the body of saving roll sheet, both two coverings 700, 106 respectively with finger places 110, and the best situation for keeping in one hand of user specially used in thumb situation of the user’s hand and other fingers of user’s hand are in part and situation 111, of course the situations 110, 111 are not specifically that user’ s fingers and it depends on the way of holding the machine 100 by the user.

52. Also, the finger places 110 and 111 may form in the mould process of coverings in an integrative way or a different alloy like soft elastic one, as it depicted in the picture completely. As an example, every other suitable way, through attaching a soft matter in the shape of finger place can be considered as a choice of designing.

53. Also upper and lower coverings of 700, 106 generally have outer holes with tiny tracks on its outer surface, in order to facilitate to remove the slip of body of saving roll sheet, both coverings 700, 106 are connected with parts no. 110 111 and considered the best situation for holding in one hands of user specially no. 110 for situation of user’s thumb and other fingers of user in part no. I ll that may form in the mould process of coverings in an integrative way or a different alloy like soft elastic one.

54. The holder number is 10. Regarding the visualization of roll sheet machine 100, the device has the capability of being fixed or moveable in this way that part no. 10 which is configured under no. 106 and to the body of saving device, number 10 enters the place 11, place no. 220 except having the responsibility of holding device 100 fixed, controls the electrical entrance and exit and supplies electricity for device 100.

55. In this visualization of invention, in place no. 11, electronic brads no. 14 and 16 are devised that in part 10 of place no. 16 and part no. 14 are considered to show the situation of saving device no. 100 part 10 after placing in place 11, the device with the help of no. 14 and 16 provides electricity for machine no. 100, if the holder 10 enters the place 11, it prevents unexpected movements and this action can be used in other visualizations like magnetic magnets situations and with a clip or brad or ... . An electrical entrance and exit with number 22 in lateral wall 10 is devised which connects to city electricity and uses in other devices like charging electrical source. 56.

57. This invention visualization (device no. 100) has the part and sterile UV box and if we had this invention visualization, box no. 220 is one box that device no. 100 can be attached on the door to the part 10 and 11.

58. As it is shown properly in picture no. 1, device no. 100 has a tank for receiving and keeping roll sheet no. 106 which itself has horizontal bulwarks to the no. 126 and 128.

59.1n the upper part of device no. 100, there is a cover the no. 104 and an upper cover to the no. 100.

60.Device no. 100 upper and lower covers are attached to the no. 108 by a hinge that by a spring (no.109) opening and closing position like a spring from upper device covers (no. 700 and 104) than lower cover (no. 106).

61. Because of the reasons which are explained below a drive (no. 90) which is to the from of an hollow cylinder, sits in the frontal cover edge (no. 106) and drive (no. 90) also has a first terminal bulwark 92 and a second terminal bulwark 94. A hollow space 72 (to the cutting operation) as a long rectangle which is bigger than frontal edge (122) (in horizontal) and lets that upper cover 104 and frontal edges 104 and 122 can move to and fro in this hollow space.

62. As it is shown in the picture (6), it is possible one of these visualizations has been preferred by the potential users . depends on (w) essence and width roll sheet or roll material. Roll sheet 102 material should not be in one thickness necessarily, it is possible to be as a flat tube (it is not shown but it is a type which can be comprehensible by art normal skills) and also device 100 can be used in different situations for example in pictures (10, 11, 12).

63. Material 102 can be a single plastic material, a metallic foil, a combination of several materials like metallized plastic materials or metallic cover paper or plastic like cellophanes which are used for food or industry and also cellophanes which are used special temperatures like boiling or freezing temperatures and special cellophanes for microwaves or alcohol and similar cases.

64. As it can be seen better in picture (2), roll sheet roll which has hollow cylinder core 600, has first terminal 602 and second terminal 604 by longer distance from material roll sheet (102) W width , for example W>L. 65. 68. Based on picture 3, roll exit crowbar board no. 402 has a wide board which is placed in the upper part of cutting drive no. 90. This crowbar has a spring no. 401, a hinge no. 404, special clips to keep sheets no. 408, and locating leg for special clips no. 406.

69. As it is shown properly in picture 7, by pressuring board 402, user causes roll sheet 102 be steered out of the device which is attached to special clip 408 by legs 406 and user’s pressure.

70. In clip 408 part and legs 406 place in the device no. 100, so that upper covers 104 sit on horizontal bulwarks 126 and 128 easily , and also bulwarks edge 114 steer sheet 102 into the drive 90 to be cut.

71. With this invention visualization, user causes to move engine 59 by pressuring upper covers 700 by switches (A 80) and (B 80) which are activated by bottoms 727 and 729 to finish a sheet cutting.

72. In the following upper covers 104 and 700 come back to first situation and prepared by hinges 108 and 109, and finally user can steer out sheet 102 which is cut by pressuring board 402.

73. Based on picture 6 (from this invention): In this form clips 406 and 408 are attached to the body and by closing upper device covers (700 and 104)and lower cover 106 cause that roll sheet 102 be compressed attached to the clips 406 and 408 because clips are designed in the way that sheet 102 be attached to them firmly. This situation can be better when by upper cover and using user’ s hands pressure that cause this compression be more powerful and effective. 74. As it is shown in picture 6, cutting drive 90 collection part concludes following cases: cutting frame 72, cutting case line 74, manual cutting case line 76, a triggering engine 52, a belt 54, belt spring 55, a wagon or cutting blade carrier 56, 2 linear ball bearings 57, one reader 58, one moving 59, one or two rails (a60) and (b 60), two micro switches (a62) and (b62), two way cutting blade 64, blade handle 66, a sound beezer 68, one alarm LED lamp 70, and a switch or button (a84) and (b84).

75.Based on this invention visualization, cutting drive 90 collection starts working in this way, by starting and lightening by switch (80), active CPU 200, and then recognizing if 104 and 106 are open or close by micro switch 84, and if 84 is active (working), cutting wagon 56 situations will be checked and recognized.
