Abstract:
An AC brushless permanent magnet synchronous motor control system module, mainly applied to AC motor control and related fields, and also applied to other fields having similar specific control modes. The present invention can fundamentally solve a plurality of problems in the field of motor application, so that the motor has better performance (the motor has low power consumption and high energy efficiency, is stable during starting, and is not prone to overcurrent during starting, the heating problem of motors is greatly mitigated, the brush wear problem similar to that of excitation synchronous motors is avoided, the starting torque is close to that in a starting state of a DC motor, and the magnetic pole commutation problem of high-power variable frequency motors can be better solved). For some conventional motors having extremely low energy efficiency, energy efficiency can be effectively improved merely by changing an original squirrel-cage rotor into a permanent magnet rotor, and connecting the control module of the present invention to a loop where a stator is located as a control system.
