Abstract:
An AC-DC conversion circuit and control method therefor. The AC-DC conversion circuit comprises input rectification circuits (D1, D2), primary side input filtering capacitors (C1, C2), primary side inverter circuits (Q1, Q2), a driving circuit, an isolation transformer (T1), secondary side rectification circuits (D3, D4), secondary side capacitors (C3, C4), a secondary side output filtering capacitor (C5), and a control circuit connected between the secondary side output filtering capacitor and the driving circuit. The driving circuit is connected with the primary side inverter circuits. The primary side inverter circuits and the primary side input filtering capacitors form a loop to form a clamping resonance circuit. The inverting switch tubes (Q1, Q2) of the primary side inverter circuits are operated in a zero-voltage switching state. The secondary side rectification circuits are provided with forward and fly-back operating modes. The inverting switch tubes of the primary side inverter circuits are used as the inverting switch tubes or the clamping switch tubes according to operating periods. With the AC-DC conversion circuit and the control method therefor, the diode loss in the rectification circuit can be reduced, the soft switching of the inverting switch tubes can be achieved, the voltage stress and the switching loss of the primary side switch tubes and the secondary rectification diodes can be reduced, and the efficiency can be improved.
