Abstract:
An acceleration control method for a hybrid vehicle, specifically comprising: identifying whether a torque limit inadequateness condition is satisfied during an increase in the position of an accelerator pedal; when the torque limit inadequateness condition is satisfied, switching a torque limit of a driving motor from an initial torque limit to a peak torque limit calculated according to a peak discharge power of a battery; after switching the torque limit of the driving motor to the peak torque limit, identifying whether an exit condition is satisfied; and when the exit condition is satisfied, switching the torque limit of the driving motor from the peak torque limit to a continuous torque limit calculated according to a continuous discharge power of the battery. The method improves acceleration response performance of the hybrid vehicle. The present application also relates to an acceleration control apparatus.
