Abstract:
An acceleration device (1) including: a case (10); a displacement part (20); an elastic member (30); and a fully closed cushion (50a) formed of material having elasticity, the case (10) being provided with a guide part (110a) that forms a void into which the fully closed part (50a) is inserted, the fully closed cushion (50a) having an assembling part and a contact part. The fully closed cushion (50a) and the guide part (110a) are configured such that, in a second range located on the entrance side of the guide part (110) relative to a first range among the first range to a third range of the guide part (110a), the shape of the assembling part before being inserted, in a cross section perpendicular to an inserting direction, is larger than the shape of the void in a cross section perpendicular to the inserting direction, and that the shape of the assembling part before being inserted, in a cross section perpendicular to the inserting direction and located in the first range, is smaller than the shape of the void in a cross section perpendicular to the inserting direction in the third range.
