Abstract:
This invention comprises: a sensor element; a quantizer that outputs a first digital signal obtained by quantizing, at a prescribed frequency, a waveform based on a sensor signal output from the sensor element; a first electronic circuit that acquires a difference signal consisting of the difference between the first digital signal and a signal obtained by multiplying the waveform based on the sensor signal output from the sensor element by the gain of the quantizer, subjects the difference signal at least to processing by a digital filter operating at a prescribed frequency and multiplication by a coefficient, and acquires a second digital signal; and a second electronic circuit that acquires a third digital signal by subtracting the second digital signal from the first digital signal.
