Abstract:
An accelerator device (1) comprises a pedal lever (20), a motive power transmission mechanism (40), and a control unit (60). The pedal lever (20) can activate in accordance with a depressing operation and is urged in a return direction by a pedal-urging member (27). The motive power transmission mechanism (40) has an actuator lever (45) that can come into contact with the pedal lever (20) and that is urged in the return direction of the pedal lever (20) by an actuator-lever-urging member (47), the motive power transmission mechanism (40) being capable of imparting reaction force, which is force in the return direction, to the pedal lever (20) via the actuator lever (45) by using drive force of a drive source (31). The control unit (60) controls energization of the drive source (31). The control unit (60) performs brake control so that the return speed of the actuator lever (45) decreases when the pedal lever (20) returns in a fully-closing direction.
