Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an accommodating intraocular lens that can pick up minute motions of the lens capsule and magnify said motions into a large curvature change of an optical part. The accommodating intraocular lens comprises an optical part (31) and support parts (32) disposed on the periphery of the optical part (31). The optical part (31) has: a front optical plate portion (311) and a rear optical plate portion (312) disposed facing the front side and the rear side of the interior of the lens capsule (S); and an optical body portion (313) disposed between the front optical plate portion (311) and the rear optical plate portion (312). The front optical plate portion (311) and the rear optical plate portion (312) are formed to be convex. Each support part (32) has: an outer support plate portion (323); and a front support plate portion (321) and a rear support plate portion (322) that extend radially inward from the front end and the rear end of the outer support plate portion (323) and are connected to the periphery of the front optical plate portion (311) and the rear optical plate portion (312) of the optical part (31). The front support plate portion (321) and the rear support plate portion (322) are formed so as to extend diagonally frontwards or diagonally rearwards in the radially inward direction.
