Abstract:
Provided is an accounting system for carbon emissions of lithium battery positive electrode material sintering, comprising: a material balance module, an energy balance module, a carbon emission accounting module, a data module, and a knowledge module. The material balance module obtains a formula and data to calculate lithium element loss in a sintering process; the energy balance module obtains data to calculate energy loss in the sintering process; the carbon emission accounting module obtains a formula, data, lithium element loss, and energy loss to calculate carbon emissions in the sintering process; the data module is used for storing data; and the knowledge module is used for storing formulae and parameter values in an accounting process. According to the present invention, carbon emissions involved in the whole positive electrode material sintering process are fully considered by means of the material balance module, the energy balance module, and the carbon emission accounting module, and the overall carbon emissions can be quickly and efficiently calculated by means of inputted data and pre-stored accounting formulae.
