Abstract:
An accumulating fuel injector capable of suppressing a variation in oil amount injected from injectors by reducing a pressure pulsation in return tubes connected to the injectors, wherein, in an accumulating fuel feed device having a plurality of injectors (4) for injecting the high−pressure fuel accumulated in a common rail (3) into the cylinders of an internal combustion engine, controlling the injection from the injectors (4) by controlling pressures in the back pressure control chambers thereof, and returning the fuel oil leaked from the back pressure control chambers to a fuel tank (1) through a return tube (8) connected to the injectors (4), an orifice (56) restricting a passage area is installed in the return tube (8) on the downstream side of a portion where the fuel oil leaked from the plurality of injectors (4) is merged, and the orifice may be installed between the injectors in the return tube, the injectors with different injection timings may be connected to the different tubes, and the return tube may be formed of a soft tube.
