Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is an acoustic agglomeration dust removal apparatus for primary flue gas of a converter, comprising a housing, one end of the housing being provided with an inlet, another end being provided with an outlet, and the housing having provided therein in sequence along a flow direction an acoustic descaling and dust removal module and at least one acoustic agglomeration dust removal module; the acoustic descaling and dust removal module comprising an acoustic descaling module and a cyclone dust removal module, the acoustic descaling module being disposed at the inlet and used for acoustic descaling; the acoustic agglomeration dust removal module comprising a cyclone dust removal module and an acoustic agglomeration module. The present invention can realize ultra-low primary flue gas flue dust emissions for a converter, flue dust undergoing cyclone coarse dust removal, then undergoing agglomeration by the acoustic agglomeration module, and entering the cyclone dust removal module for emission; flue gas which has gone through processing has a dust content of ≤10 mg/m3, and can satisfy ultra-low emissions requirements.
