Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an acoustic generation element, an acoustic generation device, and an electronic instrument by which sufficient acoustic pressure is obtained by applying a high voltage, mechanical degradation is suppressed even for long-term driving, and long-term reliability is achieved. [Solution] This acoustic generation element includes a piezoelectric element 11, a diaphragm 12 made to vibrate by the vibration of the piezoelectric element 11, and a frame 13 for supporting the outer circumference of the principal surface of the diaphragm 12; a ridge 130 located on the inner circumferential side of the frame 13 and the side facing the diaphragm 12 being made to have an inclined or a curved surface.
