Abstract:
This acoustic sensor (10) is provided with: a piezoelectric plate (30) which includes a conductive plate (32) that has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface and a piezoelectric element (31) that is arranged on the second surface of the conductive plate (32); a cover member (12) which is arranged so as to face the first surface of the conductive plate (32); a support substrate (11) which is arranged so as to face the second surface of the conductive plate (32) and the piezoelectric element (31); a first connection member (21) which is formed from a conductive material, is arranged between the piezoelectric element (31) and the support substrate (11), and electrically connects the piezoelectric element (31) to the support substrate (11); a first insulation member (22) which is formed from an insulating material and is arranged between the second surface of the conductive plate (32) and the support substrate (11) on an outer edge of the second surface of the conductive plate (32); and a second connection member (23) which is formed from a conductive material, is arranged on an outer edge of the first surface of the conductive plate (32), and electrically connects the conductive plate (32) to the cover member (12).
