Abstract:
An acoustic tweezer device, comprising an ultrasonic wave transmission mechanism (10) and a waveguide structure (20) provided on the ultrasonic wave transmission mechanism (10), the ultrasonic wave transmission mechanism (10) being used for transmitting an ultrasonic wave, the waveguide structure (20) being used for conducting an ultrasonic wave; the acoustic tweezer device further comprises resonant elements (30); the resonant elements (30) are provided on the waveguide structure (20), and an ultrasonic wave excites the resonant elements (30) to resonate, so as to generate, on the surfaces of the resonant elements (30), a local field for trapping particles. According to the present acoustic tweezer, the ultrasonic frequency used is very low, and the phase does not need to be precisely modulated, so a transducer is easy to manufacture; moreover, a complicated electronic system is not required, and operations such as trapping of micrometer-scale particles can be implemented only by the designed and processed resonant elements (30) modulating a low-frequency incident acoustic field to generate a local field on the surfaces of the resonant elements (30) When the ultrasonic wave transmission mechanism (10) is turned off, the particles trapped on the surfaces of the resonant elements (30) will be released due to the loss of an acoustic radiation force. The present acoustic tweezer device is easy to manufacture and low in price, achieving mass production.
