Abstract:
Provided is an acrylic adhesive composition which is suitable for thick coatings, and from which an adhesive having excellent thermal stability and excellent moisture and heat resistance, and exhibiting a low dielectric constant, can be obtained. The adhesive composition contains an acrylic resin (A) which is a copolymer of copolymerizable components containing a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer (a1) and a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer (a2), wherein the (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer (a2) contains a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer (a2-1) having a linear alkyl group having 10 to 24 carbon atoms, and the copolymerizable components contain 5-15 wt% of a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer (a1) and 50-94 wt% of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer (a2-1) having a linear alkyl group having 10 to 24 carbon atoms.
