Abstract:
A method comprising obtaining a latex containing a multilayer-structure acrylic polymer by emulsion polymerization, coagulating the latex containing the multilayer-structure acrylic polymer to obtain a slurry, washing and dehydrating the slurry, drying the dehydrated slurry to obtain the multilayer-structure acrylic polymer, melting a mixture of 0-35 mass% of an acrylic resin and 65-100 mass% of the multilayer-structure acrylic polymer, and subjecting the melted mixture to extrusion molding, to obtain a resin film. The resin film contains the multilayer-structure acrylic polymer. The acid value of the acetone-insoluble fraction of the resin film is 0.018 mmol/g or less. The acid value of the acetone-soluble fraction of the resin film is 0.012 mmol/g or less. The resin film has a glass transition temperature of 80°C or higher, and a thickness of 5-300 μm.
