Abstract:
Provided are an acrylic rubber sheet having excellent preservation stability and processability, a method for producing same, an acrylic rubber bale obtained by laminating said sheet, a mixture obtained by mixing same, a method for producing said mixture and a rubber crosslinked product obtained by crosslinking said mixture. This acrylic rubber sheet having very good preservation stability and processability has a gel amount of not more than 50 wt%, contains a phenolic antioxidant, and comprises an acrylic rubber containing a (meth)acrylic ester as a main component and having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 100,000-5,000,000 and a ratio (Mz/Mw) of z-average molecular weight (Mz) to weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 1.3 or more. The acrylic rubber sheet can be easily produced by a method that involves: adding a specific antioxidant to an emulsion polymerization solution of an acrylic rubber; and forming a sheet by performing a specific dewatering, drying, and molding process on water-containing crumbs obtained through a specific solidification method.
