Abstract:
An action amplitude-controllable vibration screening processing apparatus for tea production. The vibration screening processing apparatus comprises a screening box (1), a storage cabinet (3) being provided at one side of the screening box (1), and a screening plate (6) being provided inside the screening box; a driving assembly, which is arranged in the storage cabinet (3) and comprises a rotating rod (9), the rotating rod (9) being fixedly connected to an output shaft of an electric motor (7), and the electric motor (7) being fixedly mounted at one side of the storage cabinet (3); a screening assembly, which comprises an adjusting structure and a rotating structure, the rotating structure being connected to the screening box (1), the rotating rod (9) rotating to drive the rotating structure to act, so as to drive the screening plate (6) to vibrate left and right in the length direction of the screening plate, and the adjusting structure being arranged on the rotating structure to adjust the vibration amplitude of the screening plate (6); a conveying assembly, which is arranged in the screening box (1) and is placed below the screening plate (6), is connected to the driving assembly, and is configured for conveying tea strips screened to the bottom of the screening box to the outside of the screening box (1); and an air drop assisting assembly, which is arranged on the screening plate (6), is connected to the rotating rod (9), and assists the tea strips curled in screening holes (14) to drop by means of an air flow.
