Abstract:
The present invention improves the efficiency of assisting in changing actions by a computer executing: a detection procedure for recording, when usage of resources that can be used for assisting a user in changing actions is detected on the basis of sensing data, information on the resources into a storage unit; an estimation procedure for estimating spatial or temporal approach of the user to the resources indicated by the information stored in the storage unit on the basis of sensing data; and an output procedure for outputting a message corresponding to the resources for which the approach is estimated in the estimation procedure.
