Abstract:
An action plan estimation device 10 comprises: an information acquisition unit 11 for acquiring, for each operation performed by software in a computer system, an operation log that indicates the operation and context information that indicates the state of the operation; a group generation unit 12 for dividing each of the operation logs into groups on the basis of similarity between the pieces of context information; and an action plan estimation unit 13 for executing, for each group, hypothetical reasoning applying knowledge data that indicates a relationship between the action plan executed by software and software operation at the time the action plan is executed to the operation log included in the group, and estimating, from the operation indicated by the operation log included in the group and using the result of hypothetical reasoning, the action plan executed by software for which the operation logs up until a preset goal state is reached have been acquired.
