Abstract:
An active energy irradiation device according to the present invention comprises: an active energy irradiation unit that has an emission surface which emits active energy rays; and an inert gas supply unit that has an ejection port through which inert gas is ejected. The inert gas supply unit includes a housing which is provided with the ejection port, a connection part which is provided to the housing and which allows for connection of a pipe for supplying the inert gas into the housing; and a throttle part which is provided to the connection part.
