Abstract:
Disclosed are an active loop filter and a phase-locked loop. The active loop filter at least comprises a constant current source, a filter circuit, a first transistor, a first resistor and a first capacitor, wherein one end of the constant current source is connected to a second end of the first transistor, and the other end thereof is connected to a power supply; a first end of the first transistor is connected to an input end, and a third end of the first transistor is grounded; one end of the filter circuit is connected to the first end of the first transistor, and the other end of the filter circuit is connected to the second end of the first transistor; one end of the first resistor is connected to the second end of the first transistor, and the other end of the first resistor is connected to an output end; and one end of the first capacitor is connected to the other end of the first resistor, and the other end of the first capacitor is grounded. By means of the manner, the present application can ensure that the loop bandwidth does not change when different control voltages are output, so that the boosting of the voltage of a charge pump and fast loop locking can be realized, and a fast locked circuit is simplified.
