Abstract:
Disclosed are an active matrix organic light emitting diode display device, and a method for manufacturing same. Particularly, the method is characterized by comprising: a step for forming a first insulating layer on a flexible substrate during a step for forming at least one transition metal chalcogenide-based backplane; a step for forming source/drain electrodes, which are spaced apart from each other, on the first insulating layer; a step for forming a channel layer, which includes a transition metal chalcogenide, on a channel region of the flexible substrate and the source/drain electrodes; a step for doping the channel layer by forming a second insulating layer on the channel layer; and a step for forming a gate electrode on the second insulating layer. In the at least one transition metal chalcogenide-based backplane, the channel region is doped with electrons through the doping step, and a contact portion between the source/drain electrodes and the channel layer is doped with electrons.
