Abstract:
Provided in the application are an active peptide for inhibiting an AMPA receptor and a preparation method and the use thereof. The preparation method for the active peptide comprises the following steps: 1) salmon skin is soaked and then crushed, water is added and same is beaten, and the pH is adjusted to 6.5-7.5; 2) conducting a first enzymolysis by using a neutral protease; 3) conducting a second enzymolysis by using papain and then deactivating enzymes; and 4) enzymatic hydrolysate is centrifuged, and then the supernatant is membrane filtrated, concentrated and decolorized to prepare the active peptide. The active peptide contains a tetrapeptide with an amino-acid sequence of Glu-Gly-Ala-Arg. The tetrapeptide has a good solubility, can selectively inhibit the synaptic transmission of neurons caused by the AMPA receptor, and has an antiepileptic effect.
