Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an active short-circuit control circuit, device, method and system, and a vehicle. The circuit is powered by a whole vehicle low-voltage power supply and a whole vehicle bus, and specifically comprises: a power module used for controlling a motor by controlling the state of its own switch device; a microcontroller used for outputting a motor control signal; and a driving module which is electrically connected between the power module and the microcontroller. The circuit further comprises: a microcontroller monitoring module, an overvoltage monitoring module, and an active short-circuit processing module. According to the present invention, the active short-circuit control circuit is improved, an active short-circuit state can be triggered upon the occurrence of either of two conditions: a microcontroller fault and an overvoltage of a bus voltage, and there is no need to consider whether a low-voltage side circuit fails; when a motor control signal is invalid due to the fact that the microcontroller itself fails, or when the microcontroller has anomalies such as a software failure and a power failure, a fault signal is sent to the active short-circuit processing module, so that irreversible damage to the whole vehicle system caused by an excessively high back-electromotive force is avoided.
