Abstract:
The present invention provides an active walking motion performance device for virtual reality implementation and an operation method thereof, the active walking motion performance device comprising: a rotatable footrest unit on which a user's foot is stably seated; a driving unit which supports the footrest unit and implements at least one motion among the movement and rotation of the footrest unit; and a power unit which supports the driving unit and transmits power to the driving unit, wherein by enabling natural movement with minimal control, it is possible to produce a variety of more realistic walking movements.
