Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of weld seam defect non-destructive detection, and in particular, to an actively-excited infrared intelligent detection system and method for a weld seam defect. An infrared intelligent detection system for a welding defect consists of a drive device, an adjustment device, a high-definition camera, an upper computer, a signal generator, a laser pulse instrument, an infrared thermal imager and a jetting and marking device, and can detect different types of weld seam defects; the infrared intelligent detection system for a weld seam defect acquires a direction of a weld seam by means of the high-definition camera, and uses the laser pulse instrument to emit an active laser pulse to thermally excite a weld seam region; the infrared thermal imager acquires an infrared thermal image; and the upper computer system performs image processing on the infrared thermal image, identifies a weld seam defect in real time, and controls the jetting and marking device to automatically mark the position of the weld seam defect.
