Abstract:
The invention relates to an actuating element (1, 25) for a device moved by a traction rope and to a lordosis supporting element (36) provided with said actuating element (1, 25), wherein a deflecting element (6) is mounted on a support (3) in such a way that it is pivotable about an actuation axis (5), a traction rope (2) is fixed at a fixing point to the support (3) by the fixed end thereof, whereas the free end of the rope is guided at least in a parallel manner around said deflecting (6) in such a way that the device is actuated. The actuating element (1) makes it possible to obtain a large adjustment path of the traction rope (2) for a small drawing path, thereby simplifying the adjustment of the lordosis supporting element (36) in an ergonomic manner.
