Abstract:
Provided is an actuator device, comprising: a support portion; a first movable portion; a second movable portion; and a second joint portion. The second movable portion includes: a pair of first connecting portions, which are located on both sides of the first movable portion on a first axis line and are connected to a pair of first jointing portions; and a pair of second connecting portions, which are located on both sides of the first movable portion on a second axis line and are connected to a pair of second jointing portions. Each of the pair of second connecting portions includes a portion having a broader width than that of a portion in the second movable portion other than the pair of first connecting portions and the pair of second connecting portions when viewed from a direction orthogonal to the first axis line and the second axis line. Inner edges of the pair of second connecting portions viewed from the direction orthogonal to the first axis line and the second axis line each have a recessed portion depressed in a second axis direction, and outer edges of the pair of second connecting portions viewed from the direction orthogonal to the first axis line and the second axis line each have a projected portion protruding in the second axis direction.
