Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compound represented by chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which, by inhibiting the replication of an RNA virus by being integrated as a nucleotide derivative into a polymerase of the RNA virus and inducing inhibitory activity, suppresses the proliferation of influenza A, influenza B, dengue virus, West Nile virus, HIV, and the like, and thus can be used as a novel and effective anti-viral agent.
