Abstract:
The present invention increases a numerical value range of errors of a digital signal to be corrected. A control unit (13) generates characteristic information indicating a relationship between an input and an output in an AD converter (2), and sets a numerical value range. When a value indicated by a first digital signal acquired through conversion of a first analog voltage signal by the conversion unit (2) is within the numerical value range, the control unit (13) generates corrected digital information while performing AD conversion on the first analog voltage signal on the basis of the first digital signal and the characteristic information. When the value indicated by the first digital signal is not within the numerical value range, the control unit (13) generates corrected digital information while performing AD conversion on the first analog voltage signal on the basis of a second digital signal acquired through conversion of a second analog voltage signal by the AD converter (2) and the characteristic information.
