Abstract:
An adaptive multi-phase integrated separation device and a method. The separation device comprises at least one integrated separation core pipe (0-1). The integrated separation core pipe (0-1) comprises a main separation pipe (1), an auxiliary separation pipe (2), and a communication pipe (3) communicating the main separation pipe (1) and the auxiliary separation pipe (2). A bottom inlet of the main separation pipe (1) is provided with a swirl generator (1-1). The auxiliary separation pipe (2) is provided with a auxiliary separation pipe tangential swirl generation opening (2-1) along an axial direction. A heavy phase separation cone (2-2) in the shape of a cone or a protruding platform is provided at a bottom portion of the auxiliary separation pipe (2). The separation device realizes synergistic separation of oil, gas, and turbidity by means of the coupled structure of the main separation pipe (1) and the auxiliary separation pipe (2), and has high adaptability to fluctuations of oil, gas, and turbidity contents. Compared to traditional swirling flow field separation methods, the separation device achieves separation with a flexible treatment amount, is suitable for compact treatment of highly turbid water having high oil content, and has high separation efficiency, thereby achieving the purpose of compact and rapid separation in short processes, and effectively reducing occupied floor space of related separation systems.
