Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of video encoding and decoding, and specifically to an adaptive self-guided filtering-based loop filtering method. The method of the present invention mainly relates to an adaptive self-guided filtering technique in which local structure information of an image is taken into account. A regularization coefficient is adjusted by calculating a weight coefficient of the regularization coefficient, so as to achieve adaptive self-guided filtering; region-level subspace mapping implemented for each region is then iteratively optimized to optimize a mapping result of each region, so that the mapping result of the entire image is closer to an original image. The beneficial effects of the present invention are that the filtering effect of loop filtering can be enhanced, a distortion effect of a reconstructed image can be reduced, and the reconstruction quality of a video frame can be improved, so that the reconstructed image is more conducive to subsequent reference, thereby further improving the subjective and objective quality of a video.
