Abstract:
An adaptor unit (10) is used in a mounted state in which the adaptor unit (10) is mounted to a medical container (1). The adaptor unit (10) comprises: a cap (7); an adaptor (30) which has a circular plate section (403) having an elastic section (407); and a base end-side structure (6) which has a guide section (67) for guiding the adaptor (30). When setting the adaptor unit (10) to the mounted state, an assembling operation is performed. The assembling operation is performed in such a manner that the cap (7) of an assembly, which is formed by assembling the cap (7) and the adaptor (30), and the base end-side structure (6) are engaged with each other through threads. During this operation, the guide section (67) presses, at the front end (671) thereof, the elastic section (407) toward the front end and slides toward a guide hole (409) relative to the elastic section (407) having been elastically deformed by being pressed by the guide section (67). Thus, the guide section (67) is inserted into the guide hole (409).
