Disclosed are an ADC (error automatic correction) method and apparatus, an analog-digital conversion circuit and a storage medium. The method comprises: generating at least two preset input voltage signals that respectively form a preset ratio with a reference input voltage signal by means of a reference ratio generation circuit; obtaining, on the basis of a preset conversion rule, a corresponding offset error value and gain error value for ADC correction by means of the preset input voltage signals; and correcting, on the basis of the offset error value and the gain error value, the acquired input voltage signal to be corrected. In this regard, a reference ratio generation circuit generates a preset input voltage signal that forms a preset ratio with a reference input voltage signal, so that the correction of the gain error value and offset error values of various types of ADCs can be met without knowing the specific value of a reference source. Moreover, the correction process of the embodiments is completely automated, without the need for external correction tools and professional correction operations, saving on labor costs and operating hours, and the correction effect is accurate.
