Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an additive composition which is capable of imparting a synthetic resin with excellent flame retardancy and excellent heat resistance. An additive composition according to the present invention contains a bromine-based flame retardant (component (A)), antimony oxide (component (B)), a compound represented by formula (1) (component (C)) and a phenolic antioxidant (component (D)). In the formula, each of R1, R2, R3 and R4 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. It is preferable that each of R1, R2, R3 and R4 in formula (1) independently represents a hydrogen atom or a linear alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.
